Managing Director: Lucy Chihandae obtained a BA in Tourism from Makerere University in 2007 training from BBC and Uganda Radio Network on media reporting as well as a writing course from the British Council on line crossing borders mentorship course. Corporation Secretary: Dorothie C. Ayebazibwe obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University in 2003 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in 2005. Director, Information Technology: Peter I. Kakoma holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University. He is a CISCO certified network associate and has expertise in laying and configuring computer networks, design and development of online and desktop applications and proficiency in working with Windows and Unix systems. Regional Director: Malcolm Kastiro has a Bachelor Degree of Information Technology from Makerere University obtained in 2009. He is a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Specialist.
Regional Director: David Kyambadde holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Makerere University; and a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of Uganda. He has experience in the insurance sector were he has worked as a licensed insurance sales agent for two years with the Insurance Company of East Africa majoring in life and pensions, and is currently working with Damco logistics (formally Maersk Uganda limited) as an account manager dealing in external sales. He believes in making that difference in the lives of the future generation, and in so doing was part of the team that published the FUN TIME magazine. Director, Finance: Victor Ayebazibwe, a Management and Systems consultant is an accountant by profession, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in accounting, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Project Management Profession. He has worked on a number of donor funded projects across Africa, including the countries of Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Mozambique and has vast experience in the areas of project management and implementation, business process analysis and re-engineering, quality assurance, training and research. Notably, he has worked on the projects: To implement an Integrated Financial Management Information System for the Municipal Council of Maputo-Mozambique; Design of the first Industrial Master plan for the Government of Rwanda; and the Salary/Remuneration Survey for all EU funded projects in Uganda.
